04:54 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Captivision ( CAPT ) reported late Friday the resignation of its chief financial officer Anthony Page, with his duties assumed on an interim basis by CEO Gary Garrabrant, starting immediately.

The company said the exploration of strategic options for Captivision Korea has now extended to include the broader Captivision Inc. ( CAPT ) business, both within and beyond the LED industry.

Shares fell nearly 2% in recent after-hours activity.
