08:28 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CareCloud ( CCLD ) said Monday it acquired certain assets of Medsphere Systems, a provider of health care IT software and related services to the US inpatient and ambulatory market.

The purchase price was $16.5 million, half of which is in cash and the other half payable to Medsphere's secured bank lender under a deferred payment agreement, according to a regulatory filing.

The company said it also assumed certain liabilities of Medsphere.
