04:25 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carlisle (CSL) said Tuesday it completed the sale of its Carlisle Interconnect Technologies business to Amphenol ( APH ) .

Amphenol ( APH ) expects the acquired business to be about $0.02 accretive to its 2024 earnings per share and generate roughly $900 million in 2024 sales. After the announced stock split, the accretion is expected to be $0.01 per share.
