01:23 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CEL-SCI Corp. ( CVM ) completed a public offering of 1.11 million common shares at $9 apiece for gross proceeds of $10 million.

Net proceeds will support the continued development of cancer immunotherapy candidate Multikine, the company said Friday in a statement.

CEL-SCI ( CVM ) shares rose 6.2% in recent Friday trading.
