Carlyle Group to Acquire intelliflo From Invesco for Up to $200 Million

05:21 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carlyle Group ( CG ) has agreed to acquire intelliflo from Invesco ( IVZ ) for up to $200 million, comprising $135 million upfront in cash and up to $65 million in additional possible future payouts, the companies said Tuesday.

The deal is expected to close in Q4.

London-based intelliflo offers an end-to-end software platform used by around 2,600 advisory firms.

The acquisition includes intelliflo's US-based subsidiaries, including RedBlack, a provider of software-as-a-service portfolio rebalancing tools, and intelliflo Portfolio, a Portfolio Management software solution for US-registered investment advisors, the companies said.

As part of the deal intelliflo's US-based subsidiaries will be established as a standalone business under a separate management team called RedBlack.

Equity for the acquisition will be provided by Carlyle Europe Technology Partners V.
