Carmell Closes $1.9 Million Private Placement; Shares Tumble Pre-Bell

09:23 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carmell ( CTCX ) said Friday that it has closed a private placement to issue and sell 8.1 million shares and an equal number of five-year warrants at $0.23 each for $1.9 million.

Shares of Carmell ( CTCX ) were down more than 20% in recent Friday premarket activity.

Price: 0.5450, Change: -0.1550, Percent Change: -22.39
