Carnival Completes Redemption of Senior Unsecured Notes due 2027

04:17 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carnival (CCL) said late Friday it has completed the redemption of its remaining $322 million of its 5.750% senior unsecured notes due 2027.

The company said the move reflected its momentum to strengthen its balance sheet and optimize its capital structure.
