Carver Bancorp Appoints Donald Felix as President, CEO

05:53 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carver Bancorp ( CARV ) said Monday its board appointed Donald Felix as president and chief executive of the company and its subsidiary Carver Federal Savings Bank, starting Nov. 1.

Felix most recently served as head of national banking and expansion at Citizens Financial Group (CFG), according to Carver.

Felix will also join Carver's board of directors.
