DNOW Completes Acquisition of Trojan Rentals

07:08 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DNOW ( DNOW ) said Tuesday it completed an all-cash acquisition of Trojan Rentals, a provider of pump rentals, automation technology, and related equipment for water sourcing, transfer, recycling, and treatment solutions.

Headquartered in Odessa, Texas, Trojan has about 90 employees in three US locations, the company said.
