Castellum Creates New Subsidiary for Technology Products

07:12 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Castellum (CTM) said Tuesday it has created a new wholly owned subsidiary, Castellum Advanced Technology Products, to develop technology products that support the Department of Defense.

The new unit will collaborate with other technology firms in creating technology in-house and possibly take stakes in companies with technology products that Castellum's clients could use, according to Castellum.

Shares of Castellum were up more than 2% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
