06:41 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CAVA Group ( CAVA ) shares dropped more than 7% in recent premarket trading on Tuesday after the company in a regulatory filing on Monday disclosed Artal International's divesture of 6 million CAVA ( CAVA ) shares worth around $732 million.

Earlier in June, Artal International sold 3 million shares worth around $262 million.
