06:39 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CAVA Group ( CAVA ) will replace Altair Engineering ( ALTR ) in the S&P MidCap 400, effective prior to trading on March 31, S&P Global ( SPGI ) said Thursday.

The indexing and market research firm said the change occurred because Siemens acquired Altair Engineering ( ALTR ) in a deal completed Thursday.

Additionally, ANGI (ANGI) will replace ODP (ODP) in the S&P SmallCap 600, effective prior to trading on April 2, the company said.

S&P SmallCap 600 constituent IAC (IAC) is spinning off its ownership interest in ANGI in a transaction expected to be completed on April 1, and ODP's market cap is no longer representative of the small-cap market space, the company said.
