Cayson Acquisition Closes $60 Million IPO

04:20 PM EDT, 09/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cayson Acquisition ( CAPNU ) said Monday it completed its initial public offering of 6 million units at $10 per unit, raising $60 million.

The units began trading on Nasdaq on Friday under the ticker symbol CAPNU.

The blank check company said it plans to focus its search for a target business in Asia but will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location.
