06:46 AM EDT, 04/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cboe Global Markets ( CBOE ) said Wednesday it has signed an agreement to sell its Cboe Canada and Cboe Australia equities exchanges to TMX Group for $300 million.

The global markets operator said it initially disclosed in October its intention to sell these businesses as part of its strategic realignment.

Cboe Global said it plans to close the sales separately, while it will continue to operate both exchanges as usual until transactions are complete.
