05:00 PM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CCC Intelligent Solutions ( CCCS ) said Thursday that affiliates of Advent International and Oak Hill Capital Partners are selling 20 million shares in the technology company in a proposed secondary offering.

The shares will be offered from time to time in negotiated deals or prevailing market prices, the company said.

CCC said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
