03:22 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cel-Sci ( CVM ) said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of about 1.1 million common shares at $9 per share for expected gross proceeds of about $10 million.

Net proceeds will be used for the company's drug development program, working capital and general corporate purposes, it said.

Closing of the offering is expected on Friday, subject to customary conditions.

The company's shares were down 36% in after-hours activity Wednesday.
