08:25 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Celsius Holdings ( CELH ) said Tuesday it has concluded its $1.65 billion purchase of Alani Nu, adjusting for $150 million in tax benefits.

The deal, made through a combination of cash and stock, brings Alani Nu into Celsius' portfolio, the company said.

Celsius also said Alani Nu will continue to operate within the company, with former leadership staying on as advisors to help maintain momentum.

The company's shares were up over 2% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
