07:28 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cencora ( COR ) said Monday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire EyeSouth Partners' retina business for $1.1 billion.

The deal includes EyeSouth's affiliated retina physicians joining Cencora's ( COR ) Retina Consultants of America, the company said.

The acquisition is expected to be slightly accretive, net of financing costs, to adjusted diluted earnings in the first 12 months after closing, the company said.

Cencora ( COR ) said the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is not currently reflected in its fiscal 2026 outlook.
