05:37 PM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cerence ( CRNC ) said late Thursday it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple ( AAPL ) related to certain technologies involving text input and recognition as well as voice command monitoring deployed in Apple ( AAPL ) products.

The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, according to a statement.

Apple ( AAPL ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
