After launching Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, Google is set to launch a midrange smartphone named “Pixel 3 Lite,” according to a YouTube channel called Andro News.
The phone codenamed as “Sargo” is expected to run on Snapdragon 670 processor and 4GB of RAM. The screen is expected to be a 5.56-inch 2220 x 1080 LCD, while the battery is reportedly 2,915mAh.
The phone appears to feature a 12-megapixel sensor with 1.4-micron pixels and an optically-stabilized lens with an aperture of f/1.8.
The Pixel 3 Lite looks extremely identical to the original Pixel 3 which means there is same two-tone rear panel design and a Pixel 2-esque 18:9 display.
The Pixel 3 Lite is the only modern Pixel device to bring back the coveted 3.5mm headphone jack. The headphone jack sits on the top.
The Pixel 3 Lite is expected to launch in July after this year’s Google I/O conference.
