CeriBell Files Patent Infringement Complaints Against Natus Medical

05:46 PM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CeriBell ( CBLL ) filed complaints against Natus Medical and its subsidiaries, alleging patent infringement and unfair competition involving six patents related to features of its electroencephalography headband and electrode design.

One complaint was filed with the US International Trade Commission, where CeriBell ( CBLL ) is seeking an investigation and an exclusion order to block the importation of allegedly infringing Natus products.

A separate lawsuit was filed in the US District Court in Delaware, CeriBell ( CBLL ) said Monday in a statement.

Natus Medical didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

CeriBell ( CBLL ) shares rose 2% in after-hours trading after declining 9.1% in the regular session on Monday.
