CeriBell Prices IPO at $17 per Share

03:11 AM EDT, 10/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CeriBell (CBLL) said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 10.6 million common shares at $17 per share for expected gross proceeds of $180.3 million.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.6 million additional shares.

The offering is expected to close on Oct. 15, subject to customary conditions.

Shares of the company are expected to debut on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Friday under the ticker "CBLL."
