07:47 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ceva ( CEVA ) and United Micro Technology said Tuesday that they are launching a new automotive Internet of Things platform.

The HyperMotion 5G Redcap automotive IoT platform is built using United Micro's 5G RedCap system on a chip integrated with Ceva's ( CEVA ) PentaG Lite scalable 5G modem platform technology, the companies said.

The technology is meant to help automakers speed use of 5G vehicle networks, the companies said.
