CGI Completes Acquisition of Novatec

06:45 AM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) said Friday its CGI Deutschland limited partnership has completed the acquisition of digital services company Novatec.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Novatec's more than 300 information technology and consulting members have now joined CGI throughout eight offices in Germany, the company added.

The deal was first announced in January.
