CGI Completes Acquisition of UK-Based Consultancy BJSS

09:44 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of BJSS, a UK-based technology and engineering consultancy.

BJSS's integration into CGI's UK operations will enhance service offerings and strengthen client partnerships, especially in retail, financial services, healthcare, energy, and the public sector, the company said.
