07:45 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) said Monday that it has been awarded a new contract worth up to 250 million pounds ($330 million) over five years from His Majesty's Revenue and Customs, or HMRC, in the UK.
The contract has an initial three-year term, with two optional one-year extensions, under which the company will help operate and maintain HMRC's integration services, the company said. The integrations include interfaces and messaging services that enable secure communication across HMRC's IT systems, the company said.
CGI will also deliver new integrations to support large-scale digital transformation programs within HMRC, the company said.
