C.H. Robinson Worldwide to Sell European Surface Transportation Business to Sennder Technologies

05:02 AM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- C.H. Robinson Worldwide ( CHRW ) said Tuesday it has decided to sell its European Surface Transportation business, which has been a subsidiary since 1994, to road freight forwarder Sennder Technologies.

The move will help C.H. Robinson ( CHRW ) focus on profitable growth in core modes including North American truckload, less-than-truckload, and global ocean and air. Financial details weren't disclosed.

The planned sale will likely close in Q4.
