Charles Schwab's Total Client Assets Rise in January

09:16 AM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Charles Schwab ( SCHW ) said Friday that its total client assets reached $10.33 trillion in January, up 21% year-over-year and 2% sequentially.

Core net new assets brought into the company were $30.6 billion in January, up 78% from a year earlier and down 50% from a month earlier, the company said.

New brokerage accounts totaled 433,000 in January, up 18% year-over-year and relatively flat compared with the prior month, the company said.
