09:09 AM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Chart Industries' ( GTLS ) Howden hydrogen compression system will be used by Spanish energy and petrochemicals company Repsol for its 657 million euro ($714.7 million) expansion of its Sines industrial facility in Portugal, according to a statement Tuesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Chart will supply two diaphragm compressors to provide high-pressure hydrogen for two new solar-powered polypropylene and polyethylene plants.
