09:49 AM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Chartwell Retirement Residences (CSH-UN.TO) announced Wednesday a cash distribution of $0.052 per trust unit, payable May 15 to unitholders of record on April 30.

Chartwell also provided an update on its portfolio. Effective March, three properties comprising 596 suites at an average occupancy of 98.1% were removed from the company's same property portfolio.

The company said a British Columbia residence was transferred to the repositioning portfolio following a fire, while an Ontario residence classified as assets held for sale was transferred to the repositioning portfolio.

A Quebec residence, in which Chartwell acquired incremental ownership, was also transferred to the growth portfolio, Chartwell said.
