05:08 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service ( CTNT ) said late Monday it signed definitive agreements to acquire labor and logistics service provider TW & EW Services for $200,000 in cash and $800,000 in unregistered class A Cheetah common shares.

The company said the acquisition is expected to close on or about Wednesday, after which TW & EW will become a wholly owned Cheetah subsidiary.

Shares of Cheetah Net Supply increased more than 145% in premarket activity Tuesday.
