HOUSTON, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Cheniere Energy
plans to aggressively pursue liquefied natural gas regulatory
permits now that U.S. President Donald Trump is in office,
thereby reducing regulatory risks for future growth, the
company's CEO Jack Fusco said on Thursday.
Cheniere plans to double its current LNG production to 90
million metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) by building more export
facilities at Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi, both in Texas,
Fusco also said.
Construction on Cheniere Energy's Corpus Christi Stage 3 LNG
plant is currently moving ahead of schedule, Fusco added.
