05:54 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Children's Place (PLCE) said in regulatory filing late Tuesday it removed the "interim" designation from Muhammad Umair's title and appointed him president and chief executive officer Nov. 20.

Umair was appointed president and interim CEO in May last year.
