China's commerce minister meets Apple CEO

BEIJING, March 20 (Reuters) - China's Commerce Minister

Wang Wentao met Apple ( AAPL ) Chief Executive Tim Cook in Beijing on

Friday, the ministry said.

"We are very appreciative of government incentives that are

stimulating consumption," Cook told Wang while stressing the

importance of the Chinese market for Apple ( AAPL ), a video posted by

the ministry showed.
