10:36 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cibus ( CBUS ) said Thursday it has priced its previously announced public offering of about 15.7 million of its class A common shares at $1.75 apiece for gross proceeds of roughly $27.5 million.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering, expected to be closed around Friday, to finance further development of its weed management productivity traits in rice and for general corporate purposes, Cibus ( CBUS ) added.

Shares of the company were down over 27% in recent Thursday trading.
