05:34 PM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cidara Therapeutics ( CDTX ) said late Thursday it closed its public offering of about 9.2 million common shares for gross proceeds of $402.5 million.

The total includes nearly 1.2 million shares sold at $44 each following the full exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option.

Shares of Cidara Therapeutics ( CDTX ) fell 2.6% in after-hours trading.
