07:01 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cielo Waste Solutions ( CWSFF ) over the weekend said that the TSX Venture approved an extension to the second and final closing of its offering of units to Aug. 15.

The company said its non-brokered private placement offering initially announced on May 13, is made up of up to 60 million units at $0.05 apiece. The closing of the first tranche was announced on July 28, 2025.
