10:48 AM EDT, 09/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cincinnati Financial ( CINF ) said Friday that it issued a notice to terminate a letter of credit facility agreement that it signed with Bank of Nova Scotia ( BNS ) in February 2019.

The company said it also requested to cancel undrawn letters of credit issued under the facility agreement. According to Cincinnati Financial ( CINF ), the facility agreement will be terminated after the undrawn letters of credit are returned to the lender.

Cincinnati Financial ( CINF ) said it will not pay an early termination fee or any penalty related to the termination.
