05:44 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cisco Systems ( CSCO ) said Wednesday it has appointed Chief Strategy Officer Mark Patterson as chief financial officer, effective July 27, replacing Scott Herren, who plans to retire as CFO effective July 26.

Herren will remain with the company as an executive adviser through May 1, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.

Cisco ( CSCO ) also said it named Jeetu Patel as president and chief product officer, effective immediately.
