Feb 20 (Reuters) - Citigroup ( C/PN ) will no longer
require a diverse slate of candidates for job interviews, its
CEO said in a memo on Thursday, as corporate America contends
with a new business climate under President Donald Trump.
The bank will not have "aspirational representation goals"
except as required by local law, CEO Jane Fraser said. It will
also change the name of the "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and
Talent Management" team to "Talent Management and Engagement".
The news was earlier reported by Bloomberg News and the
Financial Times.
