CleanCore Solutions Raises $175 Million From Private Placement

02:42 PM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CleanCore Solutions ( ZONE ) said Friday it has closed a $175 million private investment in public equity financing.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to buy Dogecoin and integrate it into its treasury operations.

The deal completion has created the Dogecoin treasury of the Dogecoin Foundation and its authorized commercial arm, the House of Doge, CleanCore said, adding that House of Doge CEO Marco Margiotta has joined the firm as chief investment officer.

Shares were down over 12% in recent trading.
