Clear Secure Buys Back 4 Million Class A Common Stock From Delta Air; Expands Existing Repurchase Program by $100 Million

06:42 AM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Clear Secure ( YOU ) said Monday it has bought back 4 million of Class A common stock in Q3 through from Delta Air Lines ( DAL ) under a block share purchase agreement.

Delta still holds 4,277,958 shares of Clear's Class C Common Stock.

Clear said its board of directors has authorized a $100 million increase to its existing Class A Common Stock repurchase program and that around $100 million in total still remains available under the repurchase authorization.

Price: 19.02, Change: -0.29, Percent Change: -1.50
