05:13 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ClearSign Technologies ( CLIR ) said Tuesday its board has voted to expand to seven from five directors.

Anthony DiGiandomenico and Lou Basenese were appointed to the newly created seats and began serving as board members effective May 22.

Meanwhile, David M. Maley, a current board member, informed ClearSign ( CLIR ) that he will not stand for re-election when his term expires at the company's 2025 annual meeting.

ClearSign ( CLIR ) said the board has not yet decided whether to reduce its size or nominate a replacement director.

Shares of ClearSign Technologies ( CLIR ) were down 1.7% in after-hours trading.
