04:23 PM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CMS Energy ( CMS ) said late Wednesday it set pricing terms for its $147.1 million cash tender offer relating to 2.5% mortgage bonds due 2060.

The total consideration involves early tender payments of $30 per $1,000 of bonds validly tendered and not withdrawn by holders before market close on June 17, the company said.

The total consideration was based on the reference yields of 4.872% plus a +35 fixed spread, the company said.
