04:56 PM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CNH Industrial ( CNH ) said late Thursday that it appointed James Nickolas as chief financial officer, succeeding Oddone Incisa, who has decided to pursue new opportunities.

Incisa and Nickolas will work together through April to ensure a seamless transition, with Nickolas taking full responsibility as CFO from May 6, the company said.

Most recently, Nickolas worked as the CFO of Martin Marietta, a US-based supplier of construction materials.
