05:45 PM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CNH Industrial ( CNH ) said Monday its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital Canada, priced its offering of CA$500 million ($364.6 million) 3.75% notes due June 5, 2029, at 100% of the issue price.

The notes are offered on a private placement basis to investors in Canada.

The offering is expected to close on June 5.

CNH Industrial Capital plans to use the proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
