06:16 AM EST, 11/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CNH Industrial ( CNH ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.24 per share, down from $0.40 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.27.

Consolidated revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $4.65 billion, down from $5.99 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $4.78 billion.

For the full-year 2024, CNH said it now expects adjusted diluted EPS in the range of $1.05 to $1.15, down from its prior outlook of $1.30 to $1.40. Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.23.

Shares of the company fell more than 10% in recent pre-bell activity Friday.
