"This collaboration will transform critical aspects of the insurance lifecycle, including policy underwriting, administration, and servicing. By harnessing the power of Generative AI and leveraging Newgen’s CCM and DCM capabilities, paired with Coforge’s solution capabilities, insurers can enhance the efficiency of policy issuance," said Rajeev Batra, Executive Vice President, and Global Head of Insurance at Coforge.

On September 5, Coforge announced the launch of ARC (Authorization Rules Center) for the healthcare industry to transform the prior authorisation process for health insurers and providers. By connecting with any system that requires reference authorisation rules, ARC provides real-time answers through APIs, eliminating the need for manual intervention and enhancing efficiency.

Newgen and Coforge formed an alliance to provide low-code digital solutions to companies around the world. Low-code solutions are software solutions that require little or no coding.

Coforge first quarter results came in marginally below estimates. Shares of the company are trading with minor cuts in today’s trade, down 0.1 percent.
