Lixiang Education Names Zhifu Yang CFO

08:43 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lixiang Education Holding ( LXEH ) said Friday that Zhifu Yang has been named chief financial officer, effective Sept. 2, succeeding Luoyuan Ye, who stepped down on Aug. 31.

Yang most recently served as the finance chief of Beijing Pengxiang Tianxia Education Technology, Lixiang Education ( LXEH ) said.

Shares of the company were up 3.4% in recent Friday premarket activity.
