Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $1.11.

Service revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $260.4 million, compared with $239.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $264.4 million.

The company said the board on Aug. 7 raised its quarterly dividend to $0.985 per share, payable Sept. 6 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 22.
